| | Sorbead HD
Water resistant, durable desiccant, also known as KC-Trockenperlen HD BASF SorbeadHD is a water-resistant, very durable desiccant for compressed air heatless dryers.
The patented BASF Sorbead line of highly efficient adsorbents are alumino-silicate gels in the form of hard, spherical beads, with a very high resistance to crushing and a low attrition rate. Sorbead adsorbents have a longer life than most other adsorbents and can reduce operating costs in most applications.
Sorbead HD is a 100% water-resistant adsorbent with simultaneous high mechanical strength. Therefore, Sorbead HD is very well suited for the operation of pressure swing adsorption units with short cycles for pressurization and depressurization.
